Hi, I'm Becca

“But, you’re not the same Becca.”

Those words hit like a wave of relief. How many times have you held onto past experiences or an old version of yourself, believing that your past defines your future? How often do you let these past experiences dictate how you show up in your business, relationships, and life?

If you’re reading this right now, I know you have a fire inside you. I also know you will break barriers and keep striving forward, show up messy and even fail in public because you know you are worthy of your big dream. No matter what it is. But sometimes, past experiences whisper doubts, convincing you that history will repeat itself. I feel you. Because I’ve been there too.

Here’s the truth: You are not your past. And today, we’re going to break the cycle.

1. Recognizing That Growth Has Already Happened

Think back to who you were five years ago. Or even one year ago. Would that version of you make the same decisions you make today? Hell no she wouldn’t.

We often carry old fears and habits as if they’re permanent, but the reality is—growth is happening every day. You’ve learned. You’ve expanded. You have more tools, more wisdom, and more resilience than you did back then.

Your past experiences shaped you, but they don’t get to define you. The first step in releasing them is acknowledging how much you’ve already changed.

2. Shifting the Narrative Around Your Past

It’s easy to look at past experiences through a lens of shame or regret.

“I failed at that launch, so what if it happens again?”

“I let myself burn out before—what if I can’t maintain this level of success?”

These thoughts are normal, but they are not facts. They are stories. And the good news? You’re the author.

Instead of saying, I failed before, try this: I learned what doesn’t work, and now I have the wisdom to do it differently.

Instead of saying, I burned out before, try this: I now know my limits, and I honor them by setting boundaries.

Rewriting the narrative allows you to take ownership of your growth rather than being at the mercy of what’s happened before.

3. Setting Boundaries That Honor Who You’ve Become

One of the biggest reasons people repeat past patterns is because they don’t establish new boundaries.

If you’ve been the person who always says “yes” because you don’t want to disappoint anyone, you have to actively practice saying “no.”

If you’ve been the person who overworks because you think you have to prove your worth, you need to commit to rest as a part of your success strategy.

Your past experiences don’t get to dictate how you move forward unless you let them. Boundaries aren’t about restriction; they’re about protection—protecting the evolved, empowered version of you.

4. Owning That You Deserve This Level of Success

If you can feel it in your bones that you’re meant for more, you are. Your job is to trust that knowing and show up as the version of you who can hold that amount of success. You know you’re capable of reaching that next level. And yet, sometimes the old programming creeps in:

“Who am I to be this successful?”

“Will people judge me if I make more money than my family ever did?”

“Can I really sustain this?”

These fears are normal. But they are not truths. Success isn’t something you have to justify—it’s something you get to own.

Think about the impact you’ll make when you allow yourself to step fully into your power. The people you’ll help. The legacy you’ll build. The doors you’ll open for the next generation.

You don’t need permission to leave the past behind. You don’t need approval to step into your next level.

5. Taking Action From Your Future Self, Not Your Past Experiences

Imagine the version of you who has already achieved what you desire. She’s confident. She’s abundant. She operates from trust, not fear.

Ask yourself: What would she do in this moment?

Would she shrink back because of an old fear? Or would she boldly take the next step, knowing she’s equipped to handle whatever comes her way?

Would she hesitate, questioning if she’s worthy? Or would she claim her success, knowing she’s earned every bit of it?

Your past experiences do not dictate your future. Your choices do. And today, you get to choose differently.

You Are Not Your Past Experiences—And That’s A Beautiful Thing

Every version of you has led to this moment. Every lesson, every challenge, every triumph—it all served a purpose. But now, it’s time to let go of the weight of the past and fully embrace the person you’ve become.

You’re not the same, and that’s a powerful, beautiful thing.

So, let this be the moment you decide: Your past experiences no longer drive your actions. Your vision does.

Go claim it. You’re ready.
